Immigration-based reform boosts economy

In this article, Mayor Bloomberg said that the US can grow its way out of its economic troubles with immigration reform based on economics. He thinks that the cap of granting US visas should increase by 15%, and we should lower the requirement of granting green cards to international students having advanced degrees in technical fields in order to attract talent and entrepreneurs to boost the US economy. His argument is that for instance, the entrepreneurs can also provide jobs for the Americans which helps the economy. Also, the foreign students are paying their full load of tuition mostly without getting financial aid which lessen the pressure of public schools.
